Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 September 2026

Please read these terms before using Gallerydraft ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.

1. What the Service is

The Service provides tools for planning exhibitions in 3D, as is. Dimensions and lighting are simplified for planning purposes. Decisions about actual construction, installation and safety are your responsibility.

2. Accounts

The Service can be used without an account. If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for the security of that Google account.

3. Fees and payment

4. Your data

You own the plans you create and the images and models you load. They are stored in your browser, or in your own Google Drive if you choose, and the operator does not view or keep them. To guard against loss, we recommend regular backups with "Save to file".

5. Prohibited use

6. Intellectual property

The program, the logo, and the text and images of the marketing pages belong to the operator. The paintings, prints and photographs in the sample plans are images released by the Art Institute of Chicago under CC0 (public domain).

7. Limitation of liability

The operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Where the operator is liable, liability is limited to the amount you paid to the operator in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes and discontinuation

Features may be changed, added or withdrawn without notice. If a paid plan is discontinued, we will give at least 30 days' notice and refund any unused period.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the 【court, e.g. Tokyo District Court】 as the court of first instance.
